Bill believes high energy coupled
with hard work equals results. Bill has handled numerous
catastrophic injury cases involving defective products, medical
malpractice, elder abuse, and automobile accidents. Bill has
also litigated cases involving breach of contract, fraud, and
other "Business Torts."
Bill brings a unique perspective
to the firm. Prior to his arrival, Bill was a medical
malpractice defense attorney. Bill has brought his experiences
as a defense attorney to the firm. In fact, he takes full
advantage of his defense background. Bill believes that
analyzing a case from a defense perspective aides in developing
strategy and deconstructing arguments used by defendants.
Bill is a member of the Consumer
Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of
Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Irish
American Bar Association, and the Italian American Bar
Association. He is also on the Board of Governors for the
Italian American Lawyers Association.
Bill serves on the CAALA
Board of Governors. He is
also a
member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the
Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA), the Irish
American Lawyers Association, and the Justice Carlos Moreno
Inn of Court. Bill is actively involved in all of his
professional memberships. He serves on CAALA's
Education and New Lawyers Committees. Bill also serves
as the Barristers liaison to the LACBA Litigation
Section. Bill is on the Board of Governors for the Italian
American Lawyers Association.
Bill was born and raised in Los Angeles. He graduated from the
University of Southern California, and received his law degree
from Loyola University School of Law.
